  We are New Phenix Home Products Manufactory Co., Ltd – a direct, integrated OEM/ODM factory with 25+ years of continuous operation since 2000. We own two fully equipped production hubs in Yangzhou and Yiwu, covering R&D, high-speed automated tufting, molding, packaging, and in-house lab testing. No trading companies, no markups – just factory-direct pricing, total process control, and end-to-end accountability for every toothbrush, floss spool, and oral care kit we ship.

• 2. Which international certifications do you hold for quality and compliance?

  We maintain a full suite of globally recognized certifications to seamlessly enter North American and European retail shelves: ISO 9001, CE, UL, BRC, FDA-registered, BSCI, and SMETA. These cover quality management, product safety, environmental responsibility, and ethical labor audits. Our compliance documentation is always ready for your due diligence – we’ve passed multiple third-party factory inspections for Walgreens and other top-tier retailers.

• 3. Can you produce private-label toothbrushes and dental floss for my brand?

  Absolutely – private label OEM/ODM is our core competency. We've co-developed over 20 exclusive product lines for global names including Walgreens and Pasta del Capitano. Our full-service customization covers:

• 4. What eco-friendly/sustainable oral care solutions do you offer?

  Our Nature Fresh series is a complete green portfolio:

  Biodegradable bamboo toothbrushes (BPA-free, compostable handles)

  Zero-plastic dental floss – made from natural silk or PLA derived from corn starch, with refillable glass dispensers

  Plastic-free packaging – recycled kraft paper, soy-based inks, and water-soluble adhesive tapes.

• 5. What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?

  We offer tiered MOQ to accommodate both enterprise buyers and growing brands:

  Standard toothbrushes: from 10,000 pcs per design

  Dental floss / floss picks: from 5,000 units (with simple packaging)

  Premium eco-lines: flexible MOQ – we can start with 3,000 pcs for bamboo brushes.

• 6. How do you guarantee fast delivery for large container orders?

  Our dual-factory strategy (Yangzhou + Yiwu) gives us geographic redundancy and massive capacity – over 50 million toothbrushes and 20 million floss units monthly. We run fully automated high-speed tufting, trimming, and packing lines, cutting standard lead time to 25–35 days (vs. industry average 45+ days). Our dedicated logistics team pre-books shipping slots and handles customs clearance, ensuring your cargo arrives on time, every time.

• 7. What quality control measures do you take during production?

  We implement a 6-point QC gate from raw material intake to finished goods:

  Incoming material inspection (resin, bristle, floss yarn)

  In-process monitoring (tufting tension, filament alignment, handle integrity)

  100% visual check on automated packaging lines

  Random sampling per AQL 1.5 (MIL-STD-105E)

  Microbiological & durability tests in our in-house lab

  Final pre-shipment inspection with photo/video evidence.

  We also welcome third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) at your request.

• 8. Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

  Yes – we encourage sample evaluation. We offer:

  Stock samples – free of charge, you only pay shipping

  Custom samples (with your logo/packaging) – produced within 7–10 days, with cost refundable against your first container order.
